Job Responsibilities

  • Plan and prepare finance related reports required to maintain office infrastructure and facilities
  • Vendor management- Oversee acquisition, installation and commissioning of office equipment that is required for the facility – IT Systems, air conditioning etc.
  • Asset Management – Oversee all the company owned items and make sure it is properly used and stored securely
  • Event Management – Organize meetings and conferences, make travel arrangements and hotel reservations for guests and staff
  • Manage maintenance & replacement of office equipment, appliances, furniture, furnishings, etc., Co-ordinate with the service provider(s) to get it repaired or fixed within the timeline
  • Ensure the availability of daily miscellaneous requirements to provide harmonious work culture to employees
  • Keep all the administrative bills properly documented and settle the dues on time to make sure none of the services is interrupted
  • Act as info-hub to provide administration related information and supervise administrative activities such as housekeeping, catering, mail/courier deliveries, stationery stocks, pest control, etc

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in office applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, Google Docs, etc
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to deliver within defined deadlines
  • Proven ability in multitasking and prioritizing workload
  • Good interpersonal, report writing, and ability to communicate politely at all levels
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills
  • Can handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality
  • Light accounting duties
