The Inside Sales Associate will be essential in building and developing prospect relations and moving new business opportunities through the sales pipeline. The primary function of the role is to engage with inbound leads/prospects, understand the requirements, schedule and conduct product demonstrations, and help them determine if SocialPilot is the right fit for their needs. This role is entitled to unlimited commission along with the basic pay.
- 0-2 years of inside sales experience (SaaS sales is a plus)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Self- starter with a strong hustler mindset
- Familiarity with social media marketing and its nuances is a plus
- Desire to grow and advance professionally
- Develop new business opportunities via inbound leads, qualifying the customer needs, and closing the business
- Drive sales by understanding and articulating the company’s value proposition, competitive landscape, and customer needs
- Conduct live demos and manage the sales pipeline
- Provide product enhancement feedback to technology and product teams
