Are you looking to make a significant impact at a growing Saas company?

SocialPilot is seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to drive more traffic to our website and company results.

You will alongside the Marketing Manager to accelerate SEO strategy that sits at the intersection of our Web Development, Content, and Demand Generation.

The ideal candidate will enjoy spending time in Google Analytics and SEO software (Ahrefs) to clearly and creatively extract insights that will grow SocialPilot’s organic traffic profile. You should be equally strong in the softer, on-page SEO skills required for optimizing blog performance and the more technical SEO skill set which will overlap heavily with our developers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own and Drive the SocialPilot’s SEO Roadmap
  • Partner with Content to scale our traffic
  • Generate creative link building ideas to promote SocialPilot’s content and move the needle through off-page SEO
  • Coordinate and communicate with Content, Demand Generation and (in the future!) Product teams to drive SEO forward
  • Create reports that track the effectiveness of SEO campaigns and how they connect to B2B business goals
  • Build project plans and business cases for new SEO initiatives, working with our Content and Web teams
  • Plan and project manage development tickets for technical SEO recommendations
  • Explore and implement all SEO initiatives to grow the online presence of SocialPilot (provided its White Hat!)


  • 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced software (preferably product) company
  • Proven outreach experience with an ability to execute effective link building campaigns
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Webmaster Tools, keyword tools, tracking tools, and ranking tracking
  • Is data-driven with a working understanding of website development, design, user experience, PPC and social media marketing to coordinate with SEO efforts
  • Can demonstrate a track record of producing prior SEO results and has previous experience hitting aggressive traffic goals and driving an organic growth strategy
  • Is self-motivated and has a growth mindset to stay abreast of the updates of search engine algorithms and measure their impact
