UI/UX Designer

Full-time | Remote | Exp: 5+ Years

We are looking for an experienced user experience designer to join our team. You will build intuitive, beautiful, and meaningful SaaS products in martech space. You will be part of a highly collaborative group of creative problem solvers with a passion for innovation. In this role you will collaborate with cross-functional product teams including product managers, engineers, customer success managers and marketing managers.

Ideal Candidate

  • At least 5 years of experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, information architect, or similar UX-related role working on consumer mobile products
  • Aptitude for designing large-scale web-based applications.



  • Closely collaborate with the product management and engineering teams to identify product goals and vision
  • Partner with product manager/analysts to talk directly with customers to understand the user needs, goals, and motivations
  • Conceptualize and define an end-to-end design strategy that supports customer needs and business goals


  • Create and validate product and capability flows and wireframes based on user research and needs
  • Create and validate visual design iterations based SocialPilot’s design system
  • Verify and improve on designs through reviews, validations and usability testing


  • Advocate and champion usability for web and mobile on behalf of users
  • Continuously improve SocialPilot’s design system based on usability research and results
  • Take lead and work in a collaborative team environment


  • Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and analytical skills
  • Agile, adaptable, and capable of delivering new products and features
  • Strong visual design expertise
  • Understanding of brand guidelines and their application in a digital environment
  • Experience in working with tools such as Figma, Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Comfort working with developers in the presentation layer (for example, HTML, CSS)
  • Strong prototyping skills desired


  • Master's degree in Design, HCI or related field from reputable design institute
