Agorapulse bills per user, and every extra user costs exactly what the first one does. On the Professional plan billed annually, that’s $119 a month for one person and $595 a month for five, and those five people still share the same 10 social profiles, so adding a teammate raises the bill without adding room for more accounts. There’s also kein kostenloser Plan, so even a solo account starts at $79 a month, billed annually.
The features you might want next are priced higher too. Bulk scheduling and competitor benchmarking are on Advanced, and multi-step approvals are only on the quote-only Custom plan.
None of that makes Agorapulse a bad tool. Its inbox is one of the better ones in this category, so the real question is fit. This list compares 13 Agorapulse alternatives for solo creators juggling several platforms, small and midsize businesses, agencies managing client accounts, and enterprises that need advanced workflows. For each one, you’ll see how it bills, how it compares with Agorapulse, and what you’d give up by switching.
Überblick über Agorapulse
Agorapulse is a social media management platform built around a unified inbox. It gathers comments, messages, mentions and reviews from your connected profiles into one queue, then layers publishing, a shared calendar, reporting and optional social listening on top.
Agorapulse is rated 4.5 out of 5 on G2 and 4.6 out of 5 on Kapernra from 713 reviews. Its support team works 24/7 and aims to reply within six hours on Standard, or within 30 minutes on Custom. People who like Agorapulse usually mention the inbox first.
Ray B.
I use Agorapulse solely for the inbox feature to keep track of my business social pages. It solves the problem of compiling my multiple business social inboxes in one place. The initial setup was easy, with no problems, and there’s great support if you need it.
Here’s what each plan costs today, per user per month.
| Plan | Monthly (per user) | Annual (per user) | Eingeschlossen |
| Standard | $99 | $79 | 10 shared social profiles, unified inbox, publishing, branded report exports, 6 months of data |
| Professionell | $149 | $119 | Everything in Standard, plus ad-comment moderation, conversation assignments and team reports, 12 months of data |
| Fortgeschrittene | $199 | $149 | Adds bulk inbox management , publishing queues, labels, saved replies, competitor benchmarking and ads and ROI reports, 24 months of data |
| Benutzerdefiniert | Quote only | Quote only | Unlimited profiles, multi-step approvals, SSO, custom roles, AI reply suggestions, historical data import |
Prices are taken from Agorapulse’s pricing page.
Two details matter more than the headline number. The 10 profiles on each paid plan are shared by everyone on the account, so adding a teammate adds a seat charge but no extra profiles. There’s also no free tier. Agorapulse ended its free plan on July 6, 2026. Former free users were offered Archie, an AI-only plan for Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn where every post goes out through Archie. New accounts can still start with a 30-day free trial.
Warum sollten Sie Agorapulse-Alternativen in Betracht ziehen?
Most people who leave Agorapulse like its inbox. They leave because of how the plans are priced and packaged. These are the six reasons that come up most.
1. Grenzen der Integration
Agorapulse connects with HubSpot, Salesforce, Looker Studio, Slack and Microsoft Teams, but not every connector is on every plan. If the one you need sits a tier higher, you pay that upgrade for every user on the account.
2. Preisgestaltung und Wert
This is the main reason people look for cheaper Agorapulse alternatives. According to Agorapulse’s help centre, “each additional user is charged at the same rate as the first user“, so the bill grows with every person you add.
| Benutzer | Standard ($79) | Professional ($119) | Advanced ($149) |
| 1 | $79/mo | $119/mo | $149/mo |
| 3 | $237/mo | $357/mo | $447/mo |
| 5 | $395/mo | $595/mo | $745/mo |
All the above rates are applicable on annual plans.
Bulk scheduling, publishing queues and saved replies are only on Advanced, so a five-person team that needs them pays $745 a month. See our Agorapulse pricing breakdown to learn more about every plan.
Christine H.
3. Erweiterte Analysen und Berichte
Ads reports, ROI reports and competitor benchmarking are on Advanced, and Advanced Listening and Competitive Benchmarking are sold as add-ons. Data history is also capped: 6 months on Standard, 12 on Professional and 24 on Advanced, so a year-over-year report is out of reach on the lower plans.
4. Teamzusammenarbeit und Genehmigungsworkflows
Inbox assignments start on Professional, and shared calendars and labels on Advanced. Multi-step approvals, custom roles and SSO are only on Custom, which is quote-only. Every reviewer who needs a login is also another paid seat.
Amaiya D’sa
It works well overall, but could get much better with more user-friendly features for multi-account management (bulk editing, previews, smarter inbox tools).
5. Fragen der Skalierbarkeit
Every plan below Custom includes 10 social profiles in total, shared by all users, and extra profiles cost $10 a month each billed annually, or $15 monthly. An agency with four clients on three networks each already needs 12. As you grow, you pay more for seats and for profiles at the same time.
AgencyMan
Our current subscription package would be cancelled in less than a month, and that we would be placed on another one that would effectively double our monthly fees.
6. Anpassung der Berichte
Branded report exports are included from Standard, which is more than many tools offer at the entry level. But ads, ROI and benchmarking reports need Advanced, and the data-history limits cap how far back any report can go. If clients expect a year-in-review, every person building it needs an Advanced seat.
How We Analyze and Select Agorapulse Alternatives
We shortlisted Agorapulse competitors that can take over the jobs Agorapulse users actually pay for, then checked each one against its own pricing page, help center and published reviews.
Our Testing Protocol
This is a research-based comparison. Here’s the method we used for all 13 tools.
- Scored every tool on how closely it matches Agorapulse’s core jobs: a unified inbox, publishing and scheduling, monitoring or listening, reporting, and team collaboration.
- Read each tool’s pricing page and recorded how it bills (per user, per channel, per client or flat).
- Mapped each tool’s features plan by plan against Agorapulse’s plans, so every “vs Agorapulse” line compares like with like.
- Read user reviews on G2, Capterra and Trustpilot, looking for patterns in praise and complaints rather than single outliers.
- Reviewed screenshots from each vendor’s help center to confirm that a listed feature exists and to see how it’s laid out.
How We Fact-Checked Every Comparison
- Took every price from each tool’s own pricing page.
- Quoted plan limits (users, profiles, channels, clients) exactly as the vendor states them and noted when a vendor publishes no monthly rate.
- Paired every rating with its review count and a link to the page it came from.
- Linked every user quote to the review it came from and kept the reviewer’s wording unchanged.
- Rechecked claims against recent pricing changes, including Agorapulse’s free-plan closure, Buffer’s per-channel plans and Zoho Social’s AI credits and client-based agency tiers.
What We Didn't Test, and Why
- Hands-on use. We didn’t run campaigns or daily workflows inside these tools, so nothing here claims first-hand performance. Where a feature is described, it comes from the vendor’s documentation, pricing page or user reviews.
- Enterprise tiers sold only by quote. Custom pricing, SSO setup and contract terms vary by deal, so we note where a quote is required instead of guessing a number.
- Long-term reliability, such as publishing failures or support quality over months, which only shows up with extended use. User reviews give a partial view.
- Paid ad management, which deserves its own comparison.

Only Hootsuite and Sprout Social charge per seat like Agorapulse does. The other 11 include users in the plan price, so adding a teammate doesn’t raise the bill the same way. Sendible, Buffer’s Team plan and Emplifi don’t cap users at all. And SocialPilot’s Standard, eClincher’s Standard and Vista Social’s Professional plan each include 15 profiles, compared with the 10 social profiles Agorapulse shares across your whole team.
13 Best Agorapulse Alternatives for All Business Types
1. SocialPilot
$25.50 per month (Essentials plan, billed annually; $30 month-to-month), a flat price per plan with users and accounts included

Apps:
Web app, plus iOS and Android apps.
Unterstützte Social Media-Plattformen:
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads, Bluesky, and Google Business Profile.

If the per-user line on your Agorapulse invoice is what sent you looking, SocialPilot prices the other way around, with users and accounts included in each plan. Its Standard plan gives 3 users and 15 accounts for $42.50 a month billed annually, less than a single Agorapulse Standard seat at $79.
Wichtige Funktionen:
- CSV bulk uploads of 500+ posts and a drag-and-drop calendar (bulk on Premium and up)
- A Social Inbox for comments, messages and mentions, from Standard
- Manager approval on Standard, client approval through Freigabe für unterwegs with unlimited client seats on Premium
- White-label PDF reports with your logo, sent to clients on a schedule
Pricing, Tier by Tier
| Ebene | Monatlich | Annual | What You Get |
| Essentials | $30/mo | $25.50/mo | One user, 7 accounts, 500 AI credits, library and tags. No inbox or analytics |
| Standard | $50/mo | $42.50/mo | Three users, 15 accounts, 1,000 AI credits, inbox, analytics, manager approval |

| Ultimate | $200/mo | $170/mo | No user cap, 50 accounts, unlimited AI credits, advanced white label, account manager |
| Enterprise | Contact sales | Contact sales | Custom account count, API access, SSO |
Prices are taken from SocialPilot’s plans page. Extra accounts can be added on all plans for $4 a month, and extra users can be added on Standard and Premium plans for $5 a month each.
Per-User Seats vs a Plan With Seats Built In
Three people on Agorapulse Professional cost $357 a month billed annually, and they still share 10 profiles. Here, Standard covers those three people and 15 accounts for $42.50.
Bulk Publishing Below the Top Tier
Agorapulse keeps bulk scheduling and queues on Advanced, $149 per user billed annually. The SocialPilot’s bulk scheduling planner comes with Premium, so a month of client posts goes in as one CSV.
SocialPilot vs. Agorapulse: Agorapulse charges every user the same rate for 10 shared profiles, while SocialPilot starts at 3 users and 15 accounts for $42.50 a month. You keep an inbox, analytics, approvals and white-label reports (client approval and white label on Premium). You give up Agorapulse’s add-on listening, its ad-comment moderation and the inbox depth it’s known for. The SocialPilot vs Agorapulse comparison goes feature by feature.
Who Should Actually Use This
An agency owner with four to six staff and 10 to 25 client accounts gets the most from Premium, because its seats, client approvals and branded reports match that team. A care lead drowning in ad comments won’t find moderation or listening here.
A Realistic Scenario
A four-person agency runs 11 clients across 22 profiles and wants bulk uploads. On Agorapulse Advanced that’s 4 users at $149, or $596 a month billed annually, and 22 profiles overshoots the 10 included, so a profile add-on comes on top. SocialPilot’s Premium covers the same four people and 22 profiles for $85 a month billed annually.
Vorteile
- A fifth hire doesn’t reprice the plan
- Client approval and white-label reports sit together on Premium
- 15 accounts on Standard and 25 on Premium, against Agorapulse’s 10
Gene A.
It’s easy to use and keeps all my social platforms in one place. It helps reduce the time I spend on marketing.
Nachteile
- No social listening on any plan, so brand mentions need a separate tool
- No ad-comment moderation, which Agorapulse starts at Professional
- Bulk scheduling and white label aren’t on Essentials or Standard
Tammy D.
When they added some of the new services, they took away some of my account options. In other words, I seemed to lose an option or two.
What Sets It Apart: Users and accounts come inside the plan price, so a growing agency pays for capacity rather than for every login.
2. Hootsuite
$99 per user per month, billed annually ($149 month-to-month)
Sterne-Bewertung:
4.3 on G2 & 4.4 on Capterra
Apps:
Web app, plus iOS and Android apps.
Unterstützte Social Media-Plattformen:
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads, and WhatsApp.

Want listening that goes further than Agorapulse’s add-on, and can you live with another per-seat bill to get it? Hootsuite is the usual next stop, and its entry seat costs $20 a month more than Agorapulse’s.
Wichtige Funktionen:
- Up to 10 social accounts on Standard, no cap from Professional
- An inbox on every plan, with automation added at Professional
- Brand and competitor monitoring from Standard, Lumen by Talkwalker listening on Enterprise
- Team approvals, message assignment and auto-routing on Advanced
Pricing, Tier by Tier
| Ebene | Monatlich | Annual | What You Get |
| Standard | $149/seat | $99/seat | One user, up to 10 accounts, inbox, unlimited posts, brand and competitor monitoring |
| Professionell | $299/seat | $199/seat | No account cap, custom reports, trend forecasting, inbox automation |
| Fortgeschrittene | $499/seat | $399/seat | Approvals for the team, auto-routed messages, care tools, team reports |
| Enterprise | Benutzerdefiniert | Benutzerdefiniert | Advanced analytics and listening, SSO, custom compliance |
Prices are taken from Hootsuite’s plans page. The trial leaves out bulk scheduling. Unsere Hootsuite-Preisübersicht walks through each tier.
Listening Sits on Enterprise, Not in an Add-On
Agorapulse sells Advanced Listening as an add-on to a paid plan. Hootsuite includes basic brand monitoring on Standard, but Lumen by Talkwalker listening needs a custom Enterprise contract, so there’s no number to compare.
Seat Math When Both Tools Charge Per Person
In a Hootsuite vs Agorapulse comparison, both tools charge per seat: Hootsuite’s Standard plan is $99 per user a month billed annually, against $79 on Agorapulse. That $20 gap repeats with every hire, so three people on Standard cost $297 a month on Hootsuite and $237 on Agorapulse.
The extra money gets you 10 accounts on Standard, unlimited accounts from Professional and a route to Lumen by Talkwalker listening on Enterprise. Agorapulse stays cheaper per head and keeps the better inbox and moderation.
Who Should Actually Use This
The social lead in a marketing department of 10 or more, with SSO rules and a long account list, is who Enterprise is priced for. If the per-user bill is why you’re leaving, Hootsuite charges you the same way, only more, and our list of Hootsuite alternatives worth comparing has cheaper routes.
A Realistic Scenario
A regional hospital’s three-person communications team runs 16 clinic profiles. Agorapulse Professional covers the three of them for $357 a month billed annually, but only 10 profiles. Hootsuite Professional drops the account ceiling, and three seats come to $597 a month billed annually, so the team pays $240 more to stop rationing profiles.
Vorteile
- No account cap from Professional
- A defined path to enterprise listening and compliance
- Routing for bigger care teams on Advanced
Christopher H.
I like that Hootsuite allows me to schedule content on all major social platforms from one place, which saves time. Its organization is impressive, making it easy for new team members to execute strategies.
Nachteile
- The entry seat costs more than Agorapulse’s, and it’s still per person
- Team approvals wait for the $399 Advanced seat
- Listening past monitoring needs an Enterprise quote
Carlette B.
There’s not much we dislike about the platform, but it can be expensive and a bit clunky for a small team. Occasionally, the connection to a social media platform drops.
What Sets It Apart: No account cap from Professional and a route to enterprise listening, at a per-seat price above Agorapulse's.
3. Sprout Social
$79 per seat per month (Essentials plan, billed annually; $99 month-to-month)
Sterne-Bewertung:
4.4 auf G2 & 4.4 auf Capterra
Apps:
Web app, plus iOS and Android apps.
Unterstützte Social Media-Plattformen:
LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, and Pinterest.

The closest match to Agorapulse in spirit is Sprout Social, though you pay far more for the same inbox. Its Essentials seat matches Agorapulse’s $79 but has no social inbox, which starts on Standard at $199 per seat.
Wichtige Funktionen:
- The Smart Inbox from Standard, with sentiment on Advanced
- No profile cap on Professional
- Message approvals on Professional, external and reply approvals on Advanced
- Listening and Premium Analytics sold as add-ons from Standard
Pricing, Tier by Tier
| Ebene | Monatlich | Annual | What You Get |
| Essentials | $99 per seat | $79 per seat | Five profiles at most, publishing, send-time suggestions, post reports. No social inbox |
| Standard | $249 per seat | $199 per seat | Five profiles, Smart Inbox, keyword monitoring, review management. |
| Professionell | $399 per seat | $299 per seat | No profile cap, approvals, tagging, competitor reports, report branding, bulk scheduling |
| Fortgeschrittene | $499 per seat | $399 per seat | Outside-reviewer and reply approvals, inbox sentiment, helpdesk integrations , care reports |
| Enterprise | Custom pricing, quote only | Custom pricing, quote only | Tailored plan, SSO setup, onboarding, priority support |
Prices are taken from Sprout Social’s pricing page. The trial runs 30 days with no card. See our Sprout Social pricing guide für mehr.
Room Past Agorapulse's 10 Shared Profiles
Every paid Agorapulse plan gives the whole team 10 profiles, and only Custom lifts that. Sprout’s Professional tier has no profile cap, which matters to a brand whose regional pages keep multiplying.
Approvals That Reach Outside the Team
Agorapulse keeps multi-step approvals on its quote-only Custom plan. Sprout sells approvals on Professional, and approvals that include outside reviewers plus reply approvals on Advanced, all at a published seat price.
Sprout Social vs Agorapulse: Both bill per seat, but Sprout’s inbox seat costs $199 against Agorapulse’s $79, both billed annually. You gain unlimited profiles, deeper approvals, and more reports on the upper tiers. Listening is still an extra purchase on both.
Who Should Actually Use This
The social manager at a funded company, with a two-to-four person in-house team that has outgrown 10 profiles and needs legal or regional sign-off, fits well. If price is why you’re leaving Agorapulse, this costs more, not less. Our Sprout Social alternatives guide lists multiple cheaper options that you can try.
A Realistic Scenario
A SaaS company’s two-person social team manages 14 profiles across three product lines. Agorapulse Professional costs them $238 a month billed annually, capped at 10 profiles. Sprout Professional gives both of them unlimited profiles for $598 a month billed annually, $360 more for four extra profiles and stronger approvals.
Vorteile
- No profile cap from Professional
- Approval layers that can include outside reviewers
- A 30-day trial with no card
Meggie F.
I find Sprout Social incredibly organized, making it easy to view and toggle between social accounts and platforms. It’s great that it houses everything, including all of the analytical data, in one space.
Nachteile
- No social inbox on the entry plan
- Each seat costs more than Agorapulse’s at the same stage
- Listening and Premium Analytics cost extra
Adriane R.
I dislike having to still using individual platforms to run boosted posts (TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube). It would be a real value-add to be able to control all of our social ads through Sprout.
What Sets It Apart: Unlimited profiles and approvals that reach outside the company, at a published seat price rather than a quote.
4. Sendible
$30 per month (Core plan, billed annually; $35 month-to-month)
Sterne-Bewertung:

Apps:
Web apps, iOS, and Android apps.
Unterstützte Social Media-Plattformen:
Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, YouTube, WordPress, Threads, and Bluesky.

Agencies usually find Sendible around the time a third or fourth client wants a login of their own. Every plan includes unlimited users, where Agorapulse bills each new collaborator at the first user’s rate.
Wichtige Funktionen:
- No user limit on any plan
- A workspace per client, keeping profiles, posts and reports apart
- Client Connect, so clients link their own accounts securely
- Monitoring and replies on all plans, approval assignments from Plus
- Branded reports and content libraries from Premium, white label on Elite
Pricing, Tier by Tier
| Ebene | Monatlich | Annual | What You Get |
| Kern | $35/mo | $30/mo | One workspace, six profiles, any number of users, standard reports |
| Plus | $99/mo | $84/mo | Three workspaces, 18 profiles, post approval assignments |
| Premium | $199/mo | $169/mo | Seven workspaces, 42 profiles, content libraries, campaigns, branded reports |
| Elite | $299/mo | $254/mo | Fifteen workspaces, 90 profiles, full white label, dynamic bulk posting |
| Enterprise | $750/ mo | $638/ mo | Fifty workspaces, 300 profiles, SSO, account manager |
All the above prices are taken from Sendible’s pricing page. More detail sits in unsere Sendible-Preisübersicht.
Client-Facing Branding and Workspaces
Agorapulse Standard can export branded reports. Sendible adds more for agencies: branded reports on Premium, full white label on Elite, and a separate workspace per client so nobody sees another client’s calendar.
Unlimited Users Against a Per-Head Invoice
A freelancer on Agorapulse who adds two contractors pays for three seats. On Sendible the price is the same for one login or twelve, and only clients and profiles move the bill.
Sendible vs Agorapulse: Headcount stops mattering, since Sendible bills per plan and Agorapulse per user. You keep monitoring, replies, approvals, and branded reports. You lose Agorapulse’s ad-comment moderation and add-on listening, and full white label is available in the Elite tier priced at $254 a month.
Who Should Actually Use This
A studio founder juggling part-timers and contractors across five to fifteen client brands fits best. See our SocialPilot vs. Sendible guide for a side-by-side comparison of both these tools.
A Realistic Scenario
A two-founder studio works with three part-time designers, so five people touch six clients and 30 profiles. Five users on Agorapulse Standard cost $395 a month billed annually and still stop at 10 profiles. Sendible Premium fits all five people, seven workspaces and 42 profiles for $169 a month billed annually.
Vorteile
- Unlimited users on every plan
- A clean workspace per client
- Client Connect ends the password shuffle
Maggie B.
I like how easy it is to schedule posts and let everyone on my team see what is going on!
Nachteile
- Full white label waits for Elite
- No ad-comment moderation on the pricing page
- Dynamic bulk posting is only on Elite and Enterprise tiers.
Victoria B.
Sometimes the connection to the social media accounts goes down so the post fails
What Sets It Apart: Unlimited users from the $30 Core plan, with the price set by clients and profiles instead of headcount.
5. Buffer
Free for 3 channels; paid plans from $5 per channel per month (Essentials, billed annually; $6 month-to-month)
Sterne-Bewertung:

Apps:
Web apps, iOS, and Android apps.
Unterstützte Social Media-Plattformen:
Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, X, Threads, Bluesky, Mastodon, Pinterest, and Google Business Profile.

When Agorapulse retired its free plan on July 6, 2026, Buffer became the easy landing spot for anyone who still wants to pay nothing. The free plan connects 3 channels, and paid plans charge per channel rather than per person.
Wichtige Funktionen:
- A free plan with 3 channels and 10 scheduled posts per channel at a time
- A Community inbox for comments on every plan, free included
- Unlimited team members, access levels and approvals on Team
- A volume discount on channels above 10
Pricing, Tier by Tier
| Ebene | Monatlich | Annual | What You Get |
| Kostenlos | $0 | $0 | Three channels, 10 queued posts each, one user, Community inbox |
| Essentials | $6 per channel | $5 per channel ($60 a year each) | One user, unlimited queued posts, advanced analytics, hashtag manager |
| Team | $12 per channel | $10 per channel ($120 a year each) | Any number of teammates, access levels, content approvals |
Prices are taken from Buffer’s pricing page. There’s no Agency plan, and paid tiers have a 14-day trial. Our guide on Preise Buffer explains the per channel pricing with worked examples.
Paying Per Channel Instead of Per Person
Buffer Team counts only the channels you connect, never the people, which flips the math for a team with many helpers and few profiles.
A Free Plan That Still Does Real Scheduling
Agorapulse moved its former free users to Archie, an AI-only plan that posts to Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn through the assistant. Buffer’s free plan still lets you write and schedule your own posts on 3 channels, with an inbox for comments.
Puffer gegen Agorapulse: Buffer counts channels and Agorapulse counts people. You keep scheduling, a comment inbox, approvals and analytics. You lose Agorapulse’s moderation depth, and listening features, none of which Buffer offers.
Who Should Actually Use This
It fits the lone staffer at a small nonprofit or café group, or a solo creator, with a few helpers and under a dozen channels. An agency owner who sends branded client reports to multiple clients should compare these Buffer alternatives for growing teams.
A Realistic Scenario
A community theatre has two staff and five volunteers posting to 8 channels, and the board approves show posts. Seven users on Agorapulse Standard would cost $553 a month billed annually. Buffer Team covers all seven people and 8 channels for $80 a month billed annually.
Vorteile
- A usable free plan for 3 channels
- Unlimited team members on Team
- A comment inbox on every plan
Rebecca H.
It’s made posting to social so much easier. Now I just schedule it once I’ve finished, and then I can forget about it.
Nachteile
- No Agency plan, and branded reports only on Team
- No social listening
- Cost rises with every channel, even with the discount above 10
Richard M.
With the free version, you only get a limited number of scheduled posts. Also, every so often, some scheduled posts fail to publish.
What Sets It Apart: Per-channel pricing with unlimited teammates on Team, plus a free plan that still schedules your own posts.
6. Statusbrew
$49 per month, per client for agencies; $69 per month (Lite plan, billed annually; $89 month-to-month)
Sterne-Bewertung:

A six-person team is six seats on Agorapulse. Statusbrew treats a busy inbox just as seriously, but each plan includes a set number of users and profiles, so those six people share one price.
Wichtige Funktionen:
- An all-in-one inbox, bulk scheduling and organic comment hiding from Lite
- A Rule Engine for automated comment handling from Standard
- Reports with 18 months of data backfill from Standard
- Approvals, assignments, AI sentiment and SLA reports on Premium
- Social and web listening plus competitor benchmarking on Premium
Pricing, Tier by Tier
| Ebene | Monatlich | Annual | What You Get |
| Lite | $89/mo | $69/mo | One user, five profiles, inbox, bulk scheduling |
| Standard | $179/mo | $129/mo | Three users, ten profiles, Rule Engine, 18-month report backfill |
| Premium | $299/mo | $229/mo | Six users, fifteen profiles, approvals, sentiment, listening, benchmarking |
| Enterprise | Benutzerdefiniert | Benutzerdefiniert | No limits on users or profiles, CRM integrations, SSO |
| Agentur | From $49/mo per client | From $49/mo per client | Unlimited spaces, shareable calendars and reports, priced by client |
Prices are taken from Statusbrew’s pricing page. The 14-day trial needs no card.
Moderation Rules, Compared Fairly
Agorapulse starts ad-comment moderation at Professional. Statusbrew’s Rule Engine on Standard can sort, hide or route comments automatically, and ad comment management is listed among its solutions. Agorapulse’s inbox has simply had longer to mature.
Listening Included Rather Than Added On
Agorapulse sells Advanced Listening separately. Statusbrew puts social and web listening in Premium, with competitor benchmarking alongside.
Statusbrew vs Agorapulse: Statusbrew bills per plan with users and profiles included, and Agorapulse bills per user with 10 shared profiles. You keep a serious inbox, comment automation and approvals, and Premium adds social and web listening with no extra line item. You lose Agorapulse’s inbox polish and its 24/7 support targets.
Who Should Actually Use This
Statusbrew suits online stores with a customer support team of four to six people who spend most of the day replying to ad comments and direct messages.
A Realistic Scenario
An online furniture retailer has six people on its inbox across 15 profiles, and ad comments spike during sales. Agorapulse Professional, where ad-comment moderation begins, would be six users at $119 each, or $714 a month billed annually, for 10 profiles. Statusbrew Premium fits all six people and 15 profiles, listening included, for $229 a month billed annually.
Vorteile
- Comment automation from Standard
- Listening and benchmarking included on Premium
- Six users on Premium at one price
Lucy M.
Statusbrew allows us to schedule across multiple platforms with ease. We can easily change captions for each platform and Statusbrew also allows you to schedule for your optimum time per platform.
Nachteile
- Approvals wait for Premium
- Lite is a single-user plan
- Reports can need work before a client sees them
Robine Z.
The reporting feature feels too mechanical and rigid. The reports could use a facelift. They feel too technical and not presentation-ready.
What Sets It Apart: Comment automation from Standard and listening inside Premium, at a flat plan price instead of per-user seats.
7. Emplifi
Starting at $1,249 per month (Essential package)
Sterne-Bewertung:
4.4 on G2 & 4.2 on Capterra
Apps:
Web app, plus iOS and Android apps.
Unterstützte Social Media-Plattformen:
Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Threads, and YouTube for publishing, plus WhatsApp Business for care and Google Business Profile for reviews.

At $1,249 a month, Emplifi is not a budget pick, and it isn’t trying to be. It’s here for the brand whose care team is past 10 people. At 11 seats, Agorapulse Professional costs $1,309 a month billed annually, more than Emplifi Essential’s $1,249 starting price.
Wichtige Funktionen:
- Unlimited users and owned profiles on every tier
- A community inbox on Essential, with AI replies, sentiment and case routing on Advanced
- Multi-stage approvals from Essential
- A custom report builder and competitive benchmarking
Pricing, Tier by Tier
| Ebene | Preis | What You Get |
| Wesentlich | Starting at $1,249 per month | Any number of users and owned profiles, one team, calendar, multi-stage approvals, inbox, report builder |
| Fortgeschrittene | Starting at $2,499 per month | Three teams, 50 benchmark profiles, AI replies and sentiment, case routing, CRM and Looker Studio links |
| Intelligent | Custom pricing, quote only | Unlimited teams, 100 benchmark profiles, AI Composer with brand voice, API access |
Prices are taken from Emplifi’s pricing page. The page states no billing cycle, listening is an add-on on every tier, and the care inbox in the screenshot belongs to the separate, quote-only Social Care package.
One Platform Fee for Every Seat
Agorapulse Professional for 25 people is $2,975 a month billed annually. Emplifi Essential starts at $1,249 for any number of users, and the page says it will never charge per seat.
Customer Support Beyond a Shared Inbox
Agorapulse’s inbox is enough for most teams. Emplifi works more like a customer support desk. On the Advanced plan it sends each message to the right person, and its Care package links every conversation to the customer’s record in your CRM.
Emplifi vs Agorapulse: You pay one flat fee for the platform instead of paying for each user. You get multi-step approvals on the first plan, plus message routing and CRM links. But there’s no free trial, the starting price is high, and listening costs extra, just as it does on Agorapulse.
Who Should Actually Use This
The head of care at a consumer brand, running 20 or more agents across regions inside a CRM, fits well. A five-person team would overpay.
A Realistic Scenario
An electronics brand runs social support with 25 agents in three time zones. Agorapulse Professional would be 25 users at $119, or $2,975 a month billed annually. Emplifi Essential starts at $1,249 a month for the whole team, though case routing needs Advanced, starting at $2,499.
Vorteile
- Unlimited seats on every tier
- Multi-stage approvals on Essential
- Case routing and CRM links for large care teams
Walid T.
What I like the most about it is that I can manage all the comments and DMs at any platform thru it
Nachteile
- A four-figure monthly entry price
- No free trial, demo only
- Listening costs extra on every tier
Nick W.
The reporting can be limited. […] Their reporting is almost so platform-specific/detailed to a fault.
What Sets It Apart: A flat platform price with unlimited seats, which costs less than Agorapulse Professional from 11 users .
8. CoSchedule

Unterstützte Social Media-Plattformen:
Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, Threads, Bluesky, Mastodon and Google Business Profile. X profiles cost $16 each per month.

Auf CoSchedule, social posts are one lane of a bigger marketing calendar, because the product was built around that calendar first. Its Professional plan is $49 a month for two people, while two Agorapulse Standard seats cost $158, billed annually.
Wichtige Funktionen:
- ReQueue, which fills schedule gaps with your top messages
- Best Time Scheduling for each network
- Color labels and custom sub-calendars per client
- Approvals, saved replies and AI replies from Professional
- White-label reports and client calendars from Professional
Pricing, Tier by Tier
| Ebene | Monatlich | Annual | What You Get |
| Starter | $39 | $29 | One seat, 3 profiles, ReQueue, an inbox for Facebook and Instagram only |
| Professionell | $59 | $49 | Two seats (third is $29), 5 profiles, all-network inbox, approvals, white-label reports |
| Suite | Custom pricing, quote only (from $69) | Custom pricing, quote only | Unlimited seats and profiles, roles, assigned replies, SSO |
Prices are taken from CoSchedule’s pricing page.
Emails, Campaigns and Posts on One Calendar
Agorapulse keeps shared calendars on Advanced, at $149 per user. CoSchedule shows newsletters, campaigns and social posts in one colour-coded view, with client calendars on the $49 plan.
No Listening Module, Even as an Add-On
Agorapulse sells listening as an add-on. CoSchedule lists no listening or brand monitoring on any plan, so tracking mentions means a second tool.
CoSchedule vs Agorapulse: Two people pay one flat price on CoSchedule. You keep an all-network inbox and approvals on Professional. You lose listening entirely, and Agorapulse’s moderation and 24/7 support go deeper.
Who Should Actually Use This
The content marketer on a one-to-three-person team who runs a blog, a newsletter and about five profiles fits well. A community manager who lives in the inbox should keep looking.
A Realistic Scenario
A two-person content team at a B2B software company runs five profiles plus one X account. CoSchedule Professional plus the $16 X profile is $65 a month, billed annually. Two Agorapulse Standard seats are $158, or $298 on Advanced for the shared calendar.
Vorteile
- Social, email and projects share one calendar
- A second seat is included on Professional
- White-label client calendars at $49 a month billed annually
Marianella O.
CoSchedule provides a number of features, from a drag-and-drop calendar to a chat system where you can tag your teammates in projects. It allows you to create a list of tasks per campaign or project…
Nachteile
- No social listening on any plan
- The Starter inbox covers two networks
- X profiles cost extra
Nataliya L.
The platform is outdated and offers only the most basic social media management features.
What Sets It Apart: A marketing calendar first, with seats and profiles priced into the plan.
9. eClincher
$134 per month (Standard plan, billed annually; $149 month-to-month)
Sterne-Bewertung:

Unterstützte Social Media-Plattformen:
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Threads and Google Business, plus Google Play, App Store and Trustpilot reviews.

Most tools here stop at social comments but eClincher pulls Trustpilot and app-store reviews into the same inbox. Its entry plan holds 15 profiles, five more than Agorapulse shares across all users.
Wichtige Funktionen:
- A unified inbox with automation rules
- Review moderation for Google Business Profile, Google Play, the App Store, Trustpilot, and Tripadvisor.
- Drag-and-drop, competitor and paid ads reports
- Client dashboards with post approval on Professional
- An Instagram and TikTok grid planner
Pricing, Tier by Tier

| Standard | $149 | $134 | One brand, one user (up to 2), 15 profiles, inbox and review moderation |
| Professionell | $349 | $314 | Unlimited brands, 5 users, 25 profiles, approvals, white-label reports, CRM links |
| Enterprise | Custom pricing, quote only | Custom pricing, quote only | Custom limits, listening included, SSO |
Prices are taken from eClincher’s pricing page.
Five Seats and 25 Profiles Under One Price
Agorapulse charges every added user the full rate and adds no profiles with them. eClincher Professional bundles five users, 25 profiles and unlimited brands for $314 a month billed annually.
Review Sites in the Same Queue
If customers complain on Trustpilot or in app-store reviews more than on Instagram, eClincher keeps those reviews beside your comments. For social threads alone, Agorapulse’s inbox is still excellent.
eClincher vs Agorapulse: eClincher bills a flat plan, where Agorapulse bills per user with 10 shared profiles. You keep a strong inbox, approvals and white label (Professional). You lose the low entry price, since one Agorapulse seat is $79.
Who Should Actually Use This
The marketing manager with a four-to-ten-person team, several brands and a steady stream of reviews fits well. A solo marketer pays more here. See our eClincher alternatives roundup for other options.
A Realistic Scenario
A regional restaurant group has three brands, 22 profiles and four staff answering reviews. eClincher Professional is $314 a month, billed annually. Four Agorapulse Professional users cost $476, plus add-ons for 12 extra profiles.
Vorteile
- Reviews and social messages in one inbox
- Seats, profiles and brands bundled on Professional
- A deep reports library
Samuel L.
Since I’ve been using eClincher it for two years, I’ve been really delighted with how user-friendly it is, how frequently new features are added, and how well my account manager and the support staff can assist me.
Nachteile
- The entry plan costs more than one Agorapulse seat
- White label waits for the $314-a-month plan (billed annually)
- No listening on Standard, an add-on on Professional, included on Enterprise
Brookelyn W.
The cost seems a little high when there are other programs that offer the same tools for a lower cost.
What Sets It Apart: Review-site moderation inside a social inbox, with seats bundled into the plan.
10. Zoho Social

Unterstützte Social Media-Plattformen:

Zoho Social gets you in cheaply, since its Standard plan gives one member 14 channels for $10 a month, against $79 for one Agorapulse Standard seat. Agencies get client-based pricing on the Agency plans.
Wichtige Funktionen:
- A free plan with 1 brand, 6 channels and 5 AI credits
- Bulk scheduling and a monitoring dashboard from Professional
- The inbox, approvals and custom reports on Premium

Agency Plans Counted by Client
Agorapulse’s 10 profiles stay 10 whether you run one client or twelve. Zoho’s Agency plan gives you 10 clients, 160 channels and five members for $230 a month billed annually.
A Free Plan You Can Actually Use
Unlike Agorapulse Zoho Social still has a Free plan which supports 1 brand and six channels.
Zoho Social vs Agorapulse: Zoho bills flat per plan, never per user. You keep approvals and branded agency reports. You lose Agorapulse’s ad-comment moderation and support targets, and you don’t get an inbox until Premium.
Who Should Actually Use This
The small-business owner already running Zoho CRM fits, and so does an agency owner with three to five staff closing in on ten clients. A large community team that outgrows Premium’s three members can compare other Zoho Social alternatives.
A Realistic Scenario
A three-person agency runs 9 clients and 27 profiles. Zoho Agency is $230 a month, billed annually. Three Agorapulse Professional users cost $357, plus add-ons for 17 extra profiles.
Vorteile
- A working free plan
- Agency tiers priced by client
- Native CRM and Desk integration
Dakota H.
It makes scheduling and organizing content for DI Records across multiple platforms much simpler, and it helps me stay consistent…
Nachteile
- No inbox below Premium
- Premium stops at three members
- Each brand has a channel cap
Nitin V.
The interface feels a bit outdated and clunky sometimes. The analytics are quite basic compared to other tools.
What Sets It Apart: Agency tiers priced by client count, with branded reports and free client logins.
11. Sked Social

You see next week’s Instagram grid in Sked Social‘s Feed Planner before you approve a post, and bulk scheduling comes with the $58 Grow plan, a feature Agorapulse saves for Advanced.
Wichtige Funktionen:
- A visual planner that previews the Instagram grid
- Bulk scheduling and a posting queue on every plan
- An inbox with Google reviews and Meta ads comment moderation
- Internal and external approvals, plus a no-login review portal, on Accelerate
- Keyword listening and sentiment on Accelerate
Pricing, Tier by Tier

| Benutzerdefiniert | From $299 | From $249 (from $2,990 per year) | Custom limits, historic data import, CRM integrations |
Prices are taken from Sked Social’s pricing page.
The Feed Planner Against Agorapulse's Queues
Agorapulse gates bulk scheduling and queues to its $149-per-user Advanced plan, and Sked includes both on every plan, beside the grid preview.
Client Sign-Off Without a Login
On Agorapulse, multi-step approvals are only on the Custom plan. On Sked’s Accelerate plan, a client can approve posts through Sked’s approval portal without creating an account.
Sked Social vs Agorapulse: Your team is included in Sked’s plan price, so you don’t pay for each person. You still get an inbox, ad comment moderation, and approvals. What you lose is white-label reports. The most Sked offers is a PDF report with your logo, from Accelerate up.
Who Should Actually Use This
The social lead at a visual-first brand or small agency, with three to six people and up to 10 profiles, fits well. Past that, extra profiles cost $8 a month each on Grow and $10 on Accelerate, and a large portfolio gets expensive fast.
A Realistic Scenario
A six-person university recruitment team runs 10 profiles, and the communications director approves every post. Sked Accelerate is $166 a month, billed annually. Six Agorapulse Standard seats cost $474, and multi-step approvals need a Custom quote.
Vorteile
- Bulk scheduling on the entry plan
- A grid preview before you publish
- No-login portals for approvers
Nachteile
- No white-label reports
- Grow has no approvals
- Threads and Snapchat need manual finishing
Verifizierter Benutzer in Freizeit, Reisen & Tourismus
The analytics section could be better and more integrated in terms of audience demographics.
What Sets It Apart: A grid planner with bulk scheduling on every plan, and approvals that need no login.
12. Vista Social
$80 per month (Professional plan, billed annually at $950 a year; $99 month-to-month)
Sterne-Bewertung:

Unterstützte Social Media-Plattformen:

Count the seats before you compare features. Vista Social‘s $80 Professional plan includes two users and 15 profiles, while $80 at Agorapulse buys about one Standard seat.
Wichtige Funktionen:
- A social inbox on every plan, including reviews
- Multi-stage approvals on Advanced
- Free listening on your own profiles; wider listening is $75 a month
- White-label reports and dashboard on Scale
- Employee advocacy, free for 3 advocates
Pricing, Tier by Tier

| Professionell | $99 | $80 ($950 per year) | Two users, 15 profiles, inbox, single-stage approvals |
| Fortgeschrittene | $199 | $160 ($1,910 per year) | Three users, 30 profiles, multi-stage approvals, custom reports |
| Skala | $449 | $360 ($4,310 per year) | Four users, 70 profiles, white-label reports |
| Enterprise | Custom pricing, quote only | Custom pricing, quote only | Unlimited users and profiles, SSO |
Prices are taken from Vista Social’s pricing page.
Plans That Already Include Users
Agorapulse adds the full rate with each hire and no profiles. Vista’s $160 Advanced plan already covers three users and 30 profiles.
Multi-Stage Approvals Without a Quote
Agorapulse keeps multi-step approvals on Custom. Vista Social lists them on Advanced at a published price of $160 per month billed annually.
Vista Social vs Agorapulse: Vista’s flat plans include users, where Agorapulse bills each one. You keep an inbox and approvals, and get more profiles. The catch is X. Vista Social charges $29 a month for it, and Agorapulse also sells X management separately, through its X Lite and X Plus add-ons, priced on request.
Who Should Actually Use This
The communications manager on a two-to-four-person team or small agency, with 15 to 70 profiles and approval chains to run, fits well. Scale stops at four users, so a large support team should look elsewhere.
A Realistic Scenario
A three-person nonprofit communications team runs 24 chapter profiles, and each post passes a program lead and then the director. Vista Advanced is $160 a month, billed annually. Three Agorapulse Advanced users cost $447, and two-step approval still needs Custom.
Vorteile
- Users and profiles included on every plan
- Multi-stage approvals at a published price
- Review sites beside social profiles from Advanced
Caroline H.
The pages feature has been a hit among clients! It replaces LinkTree and similar apps, while allowing us to easily pull those analytics with our monthly reports.
Nachteile
- X costs $29 a month extra
- White label waits for Scale
- Scale stops at four users
Ann D.
What I dislike about Vista Social is that the mobile app lacks some of the advanced features found on the desktop version.
What Sets It Apart: Users and up to 70 profiles built into each plan, with multi-stage approvals at $160 a month billed annually .
13. NapoleonCat
$79 per month (Standard plan, billed annually; $89 month-to-month, excluding VAT)
Sterne-Bewertung:

Apps:
Android, iOS mobile app, and web version.
Unterstützte Social Media-Plattformen:
Facebook, Instagram (including ads), TikTok (including ads), LinkedIn company pages, YouTube, X, Google My Business, Google Play and the Apple App Store.

Spam piling up under a Facebook ad at 2 a.m. is the problem NapoleonCat was designed around. Its core feature is rule-based moderation for organic and ad comments, and it costs less than Agorapulse for a five-person team, but its inbox starts at Pro and auto-moderation at Expert.
Wichtige Funktionen:
- Auto-moderation rules that reply, hide or delete by keyword (Expert)
- Automatic moderation of Facebook, Instagram and TikTok ad comments (Expert)
- An inbox with saved replies and AI reply suggestions from Pro
- White-label reports on every plan
- Competitor tracking and benchmarking
Pricing, Tier by Tier
| Ebene | Monatlich | Annual | What You Get |
| Standard | $89 | $79 | Two users, 5 slots, scheduling, white-label reports, no inbox |
| Pro | $109 | $89 | Adds the inbox, ads comment moderation, AI replies |
| Expert | $139 (2 users, 5 slots) | From $119 (2 users, 5 slots) | Auto-moderation rules, auto-hide and delete, spam handling |
| Enterprise | From $465 | From $465 | API, custom reporting, SLA, custom profile limits |
Prices are taken from NapoleonCat’s pricing page.
Moderation Rules That Run Overnight
Agorapulse starts ad-comment moderation at Professional ($119 per user, billed annually), and below Custom it allows one automated rule per profile. NapoleonCat Expert is built around rule-based moderation, so more of the queue can clear before anyone logs in.
Tracking Competitors, Not Keywords
Agorapulse sells listening as an add-on. NapoleonCat has no keyword listening; it tracks the profiles you choose, such as competitors.
NapoleonCat vs Agorapulse: NapoleonCat bills a flat plan scaled by profile slots, not per user. You keep an inbox and ad-comment moderation, and gain automatic rules on Expert. You lose keyword listening.
Who Should Actually Use This
The support lead whose team spends the day clearing comments, especially under paid ads, fits best. Its plans are built around the inbox and moderation, so if publishing is most of your week, compare a scheduling-first tool before you commit.
A Realistic Scenario
A five-person support team at a mobile banking app handles 10 profiles, including both app stores. Expert with 10 slots and 5 users is $209 a month, billed annually. Five Agorapulse Professional seats cost $595, and a person still clears every comment.
Vorteile
- Rule-based auto-moderation, including ads
- White-label reports from the entry plan
- App-store reviews in the inbox
Ula K.
Auto-moderation saves time: auto-replies, hiding, tagging. One inbox for comments, messages, and reviews.
Nachteile
- No inbox on Standard
- Auto-moderation needs Expert
- No keyword listening
Anna T.
It would also be helpful to have more flexibility in automation rules and better differentiation between ad comments and organic social interactions.
What Sets It Apart: Rule-based moderation for organic and ad comments, with white-label reports on every tier.
Wie man die beste Agorapulse-Alternative auswählt (Einkaufsführer)
Start with the reason you’re leaving Agorapulse, then check each tool against these eight points.
1. Erstellung und Veröffentlichung von Inhalten
Agorapulse keeps bulk scheduling, queues and labels on Advanced. Check that the plan you’d buy lets you bulk upload posts and keep a queue running.
Sked Social includes bulk scheduling and a queue on every plan. Statusbrew has bulk scheduling on Lite, Zoho Social on Professional, and SocialPilot on Premium (500+ posts per CSV). CoSchedule suits teams that plan social alongside newsletters and campaigns.
2. Integrationen
List the two or three tools your team can’t work without, then find the plan where each alternative connects to them.
Zoho Social connects to Zoho CRM and Zoho Desk on Premium. Emplifi adds CRM and Looker Studio links on Advanced, eClincher adds CRM links on Professional, and Sprout Social adds helpdesk integrations on Advanced.
3. Teamzusammenarbeit
On Agorapulse, every login is a paid seat and multi-step approvals are Custom only. Check how many users each plan includes and whether clients can approve without a seat.
Sendible and Buffer Team don’t limit users. Emplifi has multi-stage approvals on its first tier, Vista Social on Advanced, and Sked Social’s Accelerate plan lets outside approvers sign off without a login. SocialPilot Premium includes client approval with unlimited client seats.
4. Unterstützte Plattformen
Agorapulse gives the whole team 10 profiles. Check that every network you use is supported and how many profiles you get before add-ons.
Statusbrew covers 12 networks, including WhatsApp and LINE, and Buffer supports Mastodon and Bluesky. Watch for extra charges: X costs $16 per profile on CoSchedule and $29 a month on Vista Social, and Agorapulse sells it as a separate add-on. For profile room, Sendible Premium includes 42 and Vista Social Advanced 30.
5. Analytik und Berichterstattung
Agorapulse ties ads, ROI and competitor reports to Advanced and keeps 6 months of data on Standard. Check how far back each tool’s reports go and whether client-ready reports are on your plan.
eClincher has competitor and paid ads reports, with white label on Professional. Statusbrew includes 18 months of data backfill from Standard. NapoleonCat includes white-label reports on every plan.
6. Engagement und Gemeinschaftsbildung
This is where Agorapulse is strongest, so check what you’d give up. Make sure the new inbox is on your plan, covers ad comments and can hide or answer comments with rules.
If you want moderation tools cheaper than Agorapulse, start with NapoleonCat. Its Expert plan auto-moderates ad comments on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok for $209 a month (5 users, 10 slots, billed annually). Statusbrew’s Rule Engine works from Standard, and Sked Social’s inbox covers Meta ad comments.
7. Benutzerfreundlichkeit und Kundenbetreuung
Agorapulse is easy to use and offers 24/7 support with published response times. Test your daily tasks during a free trial before you switch.
Statusbrew, Sked Social, Vista Social and NapoleonCat offer 14-day trials with no card, and Sprout Social’s runs 30 days. SocialPilot’s Ultimate plan comes with a dedicated account manager.
8. Haushalt
Most searches for cheaper Agorapulse alternatives come down to one question: what happens to the bill when you add a person? Check each tool’s billing model first.
| Billing basis | Tools that use it |
| Per user or seat | Agorapulse, Hootsuite, Sprout Social |
| Per channel | Buffer |
| Per workspace (unlimited users) | Sendible |
| Per client | Zoho Social (Agency plans), Statusbrew (Agency plan) |
| Flat plan with users and profiles included | SocialPilot, Statusbrew, Emplifi, CoSchedule, eClincher, Zoho Social, Sked Social, Vista Social, NapoleonCat (scaled by profile slots) |
For five users, billed annually: Agorapulse Professional costs $595 a month. SocialPilot Premium (up to six users) is $85, Sendible Premium is $169, and NapoleonCat Expert (5 users, 10 slots) is $209.
Erkundung von Agorapulse-Alternativen, die wirklich passen
Start from the reason you’re leaving, because each reason points to a different shortlist.
The per-user bill. If every new hire adds $79 to $149 a month on annual billing, look at tools that are priced by plan instead of by person. Vista Social, Sked Social, eClincher and SocialPilot include a set number of users in each plan, and Sendible and Buffer Team put no limit on users at all.
Agency client work and white label. If you’re running out of the 10 shared profiles, or clients want reports with your logo, compare SocialPilot Premium, Sendible (full white label on Elite), Zoho Social’s Agency plans priced by client, and NapoleonCat, which includes white-label reports from its entry plan.
Inbox and moderation. If answering comments and messages is the whole job and the per-seat math still works for your team size, staying on Agorapulse is a reasonable choice, since this is what it does best. If you want rules that hide or answer comments without someone clearing the queue, NapoleonCat Expert and Statusbrew’s Rule Engine are the ones to test.
Enterprise listening and governance. Hootsuite Enterprise adds Talkwalker social listening and single sign-on (SSO). Sprout Social Advanced lets people outside your team approve posts and connects to your helpdesk. Emplifi fits large support teams, where one platform fee costs less than paying for every seat.
Free or solo. Buffer’s free plan covers 3 channels, Zoho Social’s covers 6, and SocialPilot’s Essentials is priced at $25.50 a month, billed annually.
Run your busiest week through a trial before you commit. The right Agorapulse alternative is the one that still fits when you add the next client or the next teammate.
If flat pricing with users and accounts included sounds like your fit, compare SocialPilot plans and start a 14-day free trial, or book a SocialPilot demo to walk through your own setup.
