What’s New in Social Inbox on Mobile
Every Inbox Functionality is Available on Mobile
- View and respond to comments, messages, and mentions
- Tag, star, or mark conversations as done
- Use filters like Inbox, Starred, Unread, and Done
- Search and filter by account, date, or message type
- Reply with full post context and attach media
Inbox is Now a Main Tab
In the mobile app’s bottom navigation, ‘Inbox’ replaces ‘Accounts’ as the new tab. You can now find Accounts under the ‘More’ menu for a cleaner, more focused layout.
Notifications on Mobile
You can now manage your mobile app notifications directly from the web app’s notification settings. So you’ll always know when a customer interacts, wherever you are.
Native Mobile Interactions
The mobile Inbox introduces familiar gestures and shortcuts:
- Swipe right on a message to reply instantly
- Double-tap or long-press to like a message
- Tap to view media in full screen
These interactions make managing messages feel natural and fast, just like your favorite social media apps.
What’s Not Included (Yet)
You can’t add or edit Inbox accounts from mobile yet. This can still be done only via the web app.
