Pros

  • Its detailed reports provide valuable insights into a brand’s social media performance.

Nick C.

The easability to schedule to specific accounts is perfect! It’s easy to post to multiple accounts and have the ability to customize the copy for each specific platform because it’s all in one window! It’s easy to set up and implement into your scheduling process. They actually listen to thei r users when you make suggestions, you can see if your suggestions have been received, and you can even see if they’re implementing your suggestions. I suggested adding stats to each post within AP so you can see, on your scheduler, how well your post did. Within a couple of months, they added it! You can’t beat that type of consideration, right?! You can also use it for listening, reports, ROI calculator, and much more! I love it! I use it every day!

Verified G2 Review

Cons

  • Users aren’t always alerted when a post fails to publish.
  • The LinkedIn listening feature can be inconsistent and unreliable.

Verified User in Marketing and Advertising

It crashes regularly and the solutions provided by the customer support team are not feasible. Content does not always post and messages don’t get sent. Delays work and honestly would be best not to use if the problem persists.

Verified G2 Review

What I like best about Sprout Social is its clean, intuitive interface and how easy it is to manage multiple social media profiles from one place. The Smart Inbox is especially useful for consolidating all messages and interactions across platforms so nothing slips through the cracks. The reporting and analytics features are also really strong and visually appealing, which makes sharing performance data with stakeholders much easier.

Verified G2 Review

Cons

  • Collaboration features can sometimes fall short, causing team members to miss updates or important changes.
  • The dashboard layout can be unintuitive, making it difficult for users to find and use certain features efficiently.

Di L.

It costs way too much for what you get, or at least for what we need. They really get you with user fees and we are a seasonal business so we double our users for just a few months a year and they want us to pay for the seats that are unused year-round. YouTube analytics don’t pull in anymore and we keep getting the brush off on when it will be fixed for months.

Verified G2 Review

It isn’t a cheap tool to get when talking about smaller businesses which means it could become an issue on the budget. With constantly updating it could become challenging for usability if the user is not well versed with the tool.

Verified G2 Review

About LinkedIn Sales Navigator

In order to help sales professionals identify and develop relationships with prospects and customers by social marketing, LinkedIn Sales Navigator uses the strength of its 772 million-member network.

We found LinkedIn Sales Navigator as a powerful tool for B2B professionals looking to enhance their lead generation and relationship-building strategies. With its advanced search filters, real-time insights, and integration options, it’s ideal for your sales teams and agencies.

However, it is important to understand that its steep pricing and learning curve may deter smaller businesses. If you’re serious about targeted outreach and long-term connections, the tool delivers value.

  • It lacks an extensive database, which can be a significant limitation for LinkedIn.
  • There are times when the tool stops functioning mid-process, requiring users to restart everything from scratch.

The user interface in browser. The user interface on desktop is acceptable but the most recent update has done more harm than good in my opinion. Even though there is an app available on mobile platform accessing Falcon.io via browser on mobile is bad experience.

Scheduling posts does not always work and when it does, it takes 10-15 minutes for the posts to show. There is also no way to add links, account mentions, or product tags to stories. There is also a limit smaller than what Instagram offers, for how many photos and product tags you can add to posts.

  • Lacks dedicated customer support for user assistance

One Stop Watch.

I have learned about this AI in a social media course. Loved it and wanted to purchase the subscription and tired all my Canadian cards to complete the purchase but none of them went through. I emailed them and also started a chat conversation on 27 July and today it is 2 August. They didnt even acknowledge my message in first place and on 31 july when i questioned them about their intentions to resolve; thats when they responded saying they will look into it. Again, nothing till now. Pathetic business support and i am surprised that who even behaves this way when it comes to a customer. I really loved this AI Tool and was recommending others but now; i wont. Worst service.
